Summer travels are chill!

What a diverse country we live in! Our August travels began in and ended in Alabama. In between we camped in Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado (our next blog will be all about the First Official MoonLander Meetup!), Wyoming and South Dakota. The entire trip was pretty chill -- aside from the road rage guy near Little Rock. We played in the water in both Missouri and Arkansas . . . then the nights in Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota were just plain chilly! You could say we experienced a bit of several states and multiple climates on this trip. If you're planning a first time camping trip to any of those states you'll want to follow our blog. This edition features Arkansas and Missouri.

We were so looking forward to our 2025 BIG trip with Ellen Barkin in our MoonLander rig but on the first day out there was a snag or two. All the preparation and prayer paid off though because we survived a crazy road raging driver on Interstate 40 near Little Rock. Our second big blessing was a healing from God which involved Juniper essential oil -- there's more on that below.

We're pretty flexible on our travels but this trip required LOTS of flexibility. Because MoonLanders are very dispersed and off-grid capable, we left Alabama without any campground reservations at all. This sets the stage for loads of adventure! First day on the road we encountered a swerving, brake-checking driver that caused us to hit the brakes pretty hard from full traveling speed. Fred soon noticed an unusual sound when normal braking while driving our Tundra which meant we would be heading the next morning to a Toyota dealership in Little Rock. Grateful for protection from an accident or injury, we pulled into a Loves for our first truck stop boondock. What a surprise to wake up next morning to this scene. Look how close that rig parked to Honey. Truck drivers got skill!

After receiving terrific service at Landers Toyota of Little Rock, we hit the road again landing at Roaring River State Park in Missouri. What fun it was off-grid camping there, watching folks catching rainbow trout from that area of the river that's stocked regularly, meeting other campers, and maybe best of all, seeing Ellen play in the river.

More on blessing #2 on day #1 of this trip.

At the start of a long road trip isn't the best time to have a "health thing" happen but that's what happened to Chris. This one had to do with one of those ABC conditions and was very unusual for her (Chris "bladder of steel" Tarvin) but it was really happening. This PRAISE REPORT is about Juniper. If you're curious to learn more, just text POTTY to this number 850.391.6765 to get her testimonial. As a little gift, here's an amazing, healthful scent recipe for you.

Hey, while we're on the topic of healing, take a look at Fred's story. This is part of why we are enjoying a full life into our mid-60's, traveling, hiking and serving the Lord.

Fred on the road to phenomenal health.

So many Americans have a goal to improve their health in some way. Be it weight loss, controlling diabetes, lowering blood pressure, handling their age-related hormone needs, or reducing pain. For Fred, after a lifetime of poor diet and other lifestyle choices, he was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. Much of the current medical advice has -- and pretty much all that Fred received -- included prescriptions that are designed to manage symptoms but not heal the body.

Fred decided to try something different. Beginning with simple diet changes, added supplements, some essential oils, and outdoor time hiking and camping -- taking special care with his longtime back injury -- he began to experience improvement in all his blood work AND his overall health.

The final step was drastic. In February 2025, Fred went full on carnivore. Within two months his A1C was right at normal. What else is down?

• inches

• indigestion

• pain

• brain fog

• snoring

• sleep problems

• nighttime bathroom trips

• inflammation in extremities

• rough skin on feet
